Avalose Podi recipe is easy to make. Its is a traditional kerala snack made with rice powder and grated coconut.
Usually ‘avalose podi’ is eaten with little sugar and a banana. When this avalose podi is mixed with jaggery syrup and shaped into small balls, then it becomes ‘avalose unda’.
